Shipping, Refund, and Return Policy
At MEX Dynamics, we engineer and
manufacture high-performance exhaust systems. Because our fulfillment and return processes differ from standard e-commerce stores, please read the following policies carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing, Production, and Cancellations
- In-Stock Items: If the product you ordered is currently in stock and does not require custom fabrication, it will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
- Custom Production: If your exhaust system is made-to-order based on your specific vehicle requirements, please allow 5 to 20 business days for the manufacturing and quality control processes before your order is ready for dispatch.
- Strict Cancellation Policy: Order cancellations or modifications are strictly limited to a 24-hour window after the order is placed. Once 24 hours have passed, the order is locked into processing or production, is considered final, and cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Global Shipping: We ship via premium express carriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS) to the countries listed on our checkout page. The most efficient carrier will be selected based on your destination.
- P.O. Boxes: Please note that FedEx, DHL, and UPS require a physical address for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Providing a non-physical address will delay your order.
- Delivery Timeframe: Once dispatched, transit time is typically up to 14 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not account for unforeseen carrier delays, extreme weather conditions, or customs clearance holds in the destination country.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email within 24 business hours after your package is handed over to the carrier.
- Carrier Loss: If a package is officially deemed lost in transit entirely due to the carrier's fault, MEX Dynamics will assume responsibility and arrange for a replacement.
3. Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Packages
- Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and complete shipping address is entered at checkout.
- Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing information, or if it is left unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be fully responsible for all return shipping fees and reshipment costs. No refunds will be issued for abandoned or returned packages.
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
- International Taxes: Customers are exclusively responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and clearance fees mandated by their local government upon the arrival of the package.
- Refused Packages: If a customer refuses delivery to avoid paying customs duties or taxes, the package will be considered abandoned. Under no circumstances will MEX Dynamics issue a refund for packages abandoned due to unpaid customs fees.
5. Return and Refund Policy
- Customer Ordering Errors (No Returns): Due to the specialized nature of our systems, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds if a customer orders the incorrect part (e.g., selecting the wrong vehicle make, model, year, or trim). Verifying vehicle compatibility is strictly the customer's responsibility.
- Change of Mind (No Returns): We do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or change of mind once an order has passed the 24-hour cancellation window.
- MEX Dynamics Errors & Defect Claims: If you receive a product with a proven manufacturing defect, or if you experience a verified fitment issue resulting directly from a fabrication error on our end, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or a replacement.
6. Step-by-Step Claim Process for Defects or Errors
If you believe you received a
defective or incorrect item due to our error, please follow this strict
procedure:
- Step 1: Notification & RMA Request: Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. An RMA is a mandatory approval code required before any item can be returned.
- Step 2: Provide Evidence: Along with your request, you must provide your order number, your vehicle's VIN, a detailed description of the issue, and clear, high-resolution photos or videos demonstrating the defect or fitment issue.
- Step 3: RMA Approval & Instructions: Once your claim is reviewed and approved by our technicians, we will issue your RMA number along with specific return shipping instructions and/or a prepaid shipping label. Packages sent without a visible, approved RMA number will be strictly rejected and returned to the sender.
- Step 4: Condition & Packaging: The product must be returned completely uninstalled, unmodified,
and in its original packaging, including all protective materials, hardware, and manuals. Evidence of attempted installation or inadequate return packaging that causes transit damage will result in a denied claim. - Step 5: Inspection & Refund: Upon receiving the authorized return at our facility, our team will conduct a final inspection. Once the manufacturing error is confirmed, a full refund (or replacement) will be processed to your original payment
method.
7. Damaged in Transit
- If your package arrives with visible damage from the shipping carrier, you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must retain all original packaging and provide clear photos of the damaged box and the damaged product. Do not attempt to install a product damaged in transit. Failure to report the damage promptly or discarding the method.packaging will result in a denied claim.

Warranty Policy
MEX Dynamics stands behind the
engineering, quality, and craftsmanship of our exhaust systems. We design our
products to perform at the highest level, and we offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction.
1. One-Year Comprehensive Warranty
- Duration & Coverage: MEX Dynamics provides a One-Year Limited Warranty on all components of the exhaust system, valid from the date of delivery. This covers all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship (e.g., structural weld failures, pipe integrity) under intended use.
- Our Commitment: If a product fails due to a confirmed manufacturing error on our part, MEX Dynamics assumes complete responsibility. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you, covering all shipping and handling fees, and will provide a repair, replacement, or a full refund if necessary.
- Non-Transferable: This warranty strictly applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent ownersof the vehicle or the exhaust system. Proof of purchase (original order number) is required for all claims.
2. Track Use & Performance Driving
- We build our exhaust systems to be pushed to the limit. High-performance driving and track use will NOT void your warranty, provided the system is correctly installed on the specific vehicle and factory engine configuration for which it was designed.
- Engine Compatibility Restriction: Our products are engineered precisely for the vehicle specifications selected at checkout. We support the automotive enthusiast community, and standard performance upgrades or tuning on the original engine will not void your coverage. However, the warranty will be voided if the system is installed on a vehicle with a complete engine swap, heavy structural changes, or significant custom modifications that fundamentally alter the factory exhaust routing or subject the system to physical stress beyond its intended design.
3. Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
Due to the extreme conditions under which exhaust systems operate, this warranty expressly excludes the following:
- Improper Installation: Any damage, leaks, or failures caused by incorrect installation, human error, over-tightening of clamps, or improper alignment—whether performed by a professional workshop or through self installation.
- Labor & Incidental Costs: MEX Dynamics does not cover any labor costs, installation fees, towing charges, rental car fees, or any other incidental expenses incurred by the customer under any circumstances. The warranty covers the parts only.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Surface rust, corrosion, and natural discoloration of metals (such as bluing, bronzing, or yellowing of stainless steel or titanium due to heat cycles) are normal characteristics of the material and are not considered manufacturing defects.
- Road Hazards &Collisions: Damage resulting from vehicle accidents, bottoming out, scraping on speed bumps, road debris, or off-road misuse.
- Modifications: Any product that has been physically altered, cut, welded, wrapped in exhaust insulating tape (which causes severe metal fatigue), or repaired by an unauthorized third party.
4. Warranty Claim Process & Evidence Requirements
If you believe your product has a
valid manufacturing defect within the one-year period, please follow our strict claim procedure:
- Step 1: Notification & Visual Evidence: Contact our support team with your order number, your vehicle's VIN, and clear high-resolution photos or videos clearly demonstrating the defect.
- Step 2: Professional Documentation: To validate the claim and rule out human error, MEX Dynamics reserves the right to request a copy of the original professional installation receipt or invoice. Additionally, we may require a written diagnostic report from a certified automotive technician confirming the exact nature of the failure and verifying that it was not caused by improper installation or modification.
- Step 3: Evaluation & RMA: If the evidence strongly indicates a manufacturing defect, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may be required to ship the defective component back to our facility for physical inspection.
- Step 4: Shipping Costs & Resolution: * If MEX Dynamics is at fault: If our technicians confirm a manufacturing or fabrication error, we take full responsibility. We will repair or replace the component at absolutely no cost to you. We will cover all handling and shipping fees (both the return shipping to us and the shipping of the replacement back to you). If a suitable repair or replacement cannot be provided, we will issue a full refund for the defective product. Please note: While we cover the shipping costs for warranty replacements, the customer remains solely responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees that may be levied on the replacement part by their country's government.
- If the customer/installer is at fault: If the inspection reveals that the damage was caused by improper installation, misuse, or human error, the warranty claim will be denied. The customer will be solely responsiblefor all shipping and handling costs incurred.
5. Out-of-Warranty Services
If your product requires repair after
the one-year warranty period has expired, or if the damage falls under our exclusions, please contact us. We may offer repair services for an additional fee, subject to parts availability and the extent of the damage.
Disclaimers
By purchasing, installing, or using
any product from MEX Dynamics, the customer expressly acknowledges,
understands, and agrees to the following legally binding disclaimers and assumes all associated risks.
1. Street Legality and Regulatory Compliance
- Local Laws Vary: MEX Dynamics engineers high-performance exhaust systems designed to optimize exhaust flow and vehicle dynamics. Because emissions, noise ordinances, and vehicle modification regulations vary drastically by country, state, and municipality, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify that the installation and use of our products comply with all local laws governing public road use.
- Customer Responsibility: We do not guarantee or represent that our products are approved for street use in every jurisdiction. The customer assumes full and absolute responsibility for any fines, penalties, vehicle impoundments, or legal action taken against them due to non-compliance with local environmental or road safety laws.
2. Emissions Testing and "Check Engine" Lights (CEL)
- Inspections: Altering or upgrading a factory exhaust system—especially replacing or removing catalytic converters—may cause a vehicle to fail annual safety or emissions inspections (e.g., MOT, Smog Check).
- Sensor Readings: Installing high-flow exhaust components may trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL) on the vehicle's dashboard due to altered airflow and sensor readings. This is a common and expected result of performance modifications and is not considered a product defect. MEX Dynamics does not accept returns or issue refunds due to illuminated CELs. ECU tuning or recalibration is often required and is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Vehicle Warranty and Insurance
- Upgrading your vehicle with aftermarket performance parts may void portions of the manufacturer’s factory powertrain warranty. Additionally, significant modifications may alter the terms of your automotive insurance policy. The customer assumes all risks regarding the potential loss of warranty coverage or insurance disputes.
4. Performance Claims and Sound Subjectivity
- Performance: While our systems are designed to improve performance, MEX Dynamics makes no absolute guarantees regarding specific horsepower, torque, or fuel efficiency gains. Final results vary widely depending on the vehicle’s condition, tuning, environmental factors, and supplementary modifications.
- Sound Profile: Exhaust sound characteristics (including tone, volume, and interior cabin resonance/drone) are highly subjective. We do not accept returns or provide refunds based solely on a customer's personal dissatisfaction with the sound or acoustic profile of the exhaust system.
5. Fitment Guarantee, Customer Ordering Errors, and Labor Costs
- Fitment Guarantee: MEX Dynamics guarantees that our exhaust systems will correctly fit the specific vehicle make, model, year, and engine configuration selected at the time of purchase.
- Accurate Information Requirement: It is the absolute responsibility of the customer to provide accurate vehicle specifications during the ordering process. If fitment issues arise because the customer provided incorrect, incomplete, or incompatible vehicle information (including failing to mention existing
modifications), MEX Dynamics will not be held liable. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and restocking fees. - No Labor Reimbursement: In the event of any fitment issue—whether due to a customer ordering error or a confirmed manufacturing error on our end—MEX Dynamics strictly will not cover, reimburse, or compensate for any labor charges, installation fees, mechanic time, garage storage, or vehicle downtime. Our liability is strictly limited to the product itself. Installers must always dry-fit and verify the correct part before proceeding with a full installation.
6. Installation Hazards and Physical Injury
- DIY Risk: Automotive maintenance and modification involve inherent physical dangers, including working under heavy vehicles, exposure to extreme heat, sharp metal edges, and heavy components. MEX Dynamics assumes absolutely no liability for physical injury, burns, dismemberment, or death that may occur during the installation, removal, or use of our products. Professional installation is strongly mandated.
7. Product Revisions and Updates
- MEX Dynamics continuously works to improve our engineering. We reserve the right to change product designs, specifications, materials, and manufacturing processes at any time without prior notice. We are under no obligation to incorporate such changes or improvements into products previously manufactured or sold.
8. California Proposition 65 Warning (For US Customers)
- WARNING: Operating, servicing, and maintaining a passenger vehicle or off-highway motor vehicle can expose you to chemicals including engine exhaust, carbon monoxide, phthalates, and lead, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. To minimize exposure, avoid breathing exhaust, do not idle the engine except as necessary, service your vehicle in a well-ventilated area, and wear gloves or wash your hands frequently when servicing your vehicle. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.
9. Compatibility with Third-Party Modifications
- MEX Dynamics exhaust systems are designed to fit the standard factory configurations of the specified vehicles. We assume no responsibility for fitment issues, damage, or failures resulting from combining our products with other aftermarket components (e.g., oversized turbos, third-party downpipes, aggressive ECU tuning) that alter the vehicle's factory geometry or engine behavior.
10. Complete Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
- Assumption of Risk: The customer assumes all risks associated with installing and operating a modified vehicle. MEX Dynamics accepts no liability for personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use, misuse, or improper installation of our products.
- Vehicle Damage: MEX Dynamics shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to engine failure, fire, or damage to
surrounding components. - Maximum Liability Cap: In no event
shall the total liability of MEX Dynamics, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, exceed the original purchase price of the specific product that gave rise to the claim. - Indemnification: By purchasing from MEX Dynamics, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MEX Dynamics, its officers, directors, and affiliates, from any legal claims, lawsuits, or financial liabilities brought forth by any third party (or government agency) arising from your installation, illegal, or improper use of our products.
11. Time Limitation on Claims
- Any claim or cause of action
arising out of or related to the purchase of MEX Dynamics products must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.
12. Force Majeure
- MEX Dynamics shall not be held
liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or
indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, port strikes, customs delays, or government actions.
13. International Use and Import Compliance
- While our website is accessible
globally, the customer is considered the importer of record for all international orders. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the purchased products can be lawfully imported into their destination country. MEX Dynamics is not liable for products delayed, confiscated, or destroyed by local customs authorities due to non-compliance with local import restrictions or automotive parts regulations.
14. Intellectual Property and Anti-Reverse Engineering
- Proprietary Designs: All designs, specifications, engineering data, and physical structures integrated into MEX Dynamics products remain the exclusive intellectual property of MEX Dynamics.
- Strict Prohibition: By purchasing our products, the customer explicitly agrees that the item is for personal, end-user installation only. The customer strictly agrees not to reverse-engineer, 3D-scan, digitally map, copy, reproduce, or manufacture replica components based on our proprietary designs, nor assist any third party or competitor in doing so. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate legal action for intellectual property infringement and financial damages.
15. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
- Binding Arbitration: Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the purchase, installation, or use of MEX Dynamics products shall be settled by binding, individual arbitration, rather than in a court of law.
- Class Action Waiver: The customer unequivocally agrees that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. The customer expressly waives any right to initiate, join, or participate in any class-action lawsuit against MEX Dynamics.
Right to Refuse Service & Policy Changes
1. Discretionary Right to Refuse Service and Cancellations
MEX Dynamics reserves the unequivocal right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders for any person or entity at our sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. Furthermore, we expressly reserve the right to cancel any order without any obligation to disclose, explain, or provide a reason for the cancellation to the customer. While we retain the right to cancel orders for any undisclosed reason, common circumstances for refusal include, but are not limited to:

3. Policy Modifications and Continued Use
- Right to Update: MEX Dynamics reserves the right to review, update, modify, or replace any part of our policies, terms, disclaimers, or operational guidelines at any time without direct individual notice.
